Collaboration¶
The Collaboration page allows a user to share their workspace with other users, referred to as the collaborators.
This tab facilitates collaboration among users, enabling them to work together effectively. It serves as a valuable tool for users encountering issues within their workspace, allowing them to seek remote assistance and resolve challenges efficiently.
Adding a Collaborator¶
To collaborate with other users, the user needs to follow the steps below in order:
Click the + Collaborator button located at the top right of the Collaboration tab.
Select the collaborator(s) from the list of users shown.
Once the collaborators are chosen, the user can view them in the Collaboration tab.
A collaborator can freely switch between the user’s and their own workspace via the dropdown menu beside the DKubeX logo located at the top left corner of the DKubeX page.
Removing a Collaborator¶
To remove a collaborator, click on the minus symbol at the end of the collaborator’s username then choose the remove option.
