Logging In

Prerequisites

  • Latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers are recommended.

  • Please obtain the DKubeX URL from your administrator.

  • Currently DKubeX supports authentication by ADFS, Azure, GitHub, Google, Keycloak and Okta OAuth providers. Make sure that your login credentials are authenticated by your organization administrator.

Login

On your browser, go to the IP address provided by your administrator to access the DKubeX UI.

Note

An error message may pop up that the connection is not private. This is because the certificate is self-signed. Please disregard this message and proceed to the URL.

The URL will land you on the DKubeX login page. DKubeX currently supports multiple types of authentication - Azure, Keycloak & ADFS, Okta, Github & Google.

  • Please log in with your GitHub login credentials which are authenticated by your organization administrator.

  • Contact your organization administrator if:

    1. Your GitHub credentials are not authenticated by your organization administrator, or

    2. The browser returns a 403:Forbidden error.

  • You will be needed to authorize a third-party application (DKubeX) to access your GitHub account.

  • It may take a few seconds for you to be redirected to the DKubeX UI.
